Policies & Cancellations Cancellation:
Our cancellation policy applies in the event that a registered student voluntarily decides to cancel after paying.
Our policy makes all payments non-refundable and final, but transferable under special circumstances. This policy exists to encourage only those who are serious about training building a microblading business to take our Courses.
In the event that the final remaining payment due for a particular course has not yet been paid by the deadline, see the description in our PAYMENT POLICY section please above.
The one additional exception to our cancellation policy pertains to health related emergencies, in which case verification would need to be provided to validate the transferability of the registration.

Scheduling appointments:
All appointments are held on an appointment only basis. We charge a specific service fee for the allotted time and service.
Please have researched your desired look prior to coming in for your appoitment. Your have the alloted time for the full procedure and any delays with resultant time over your alotted appointment time will be charged and monies carried forward to the next client for their wait time if permitted.

*1. Pigments
Any reactions to the pigment is not foreseeable. A patch test is recommended for all clients prior to any service completed. If the patch test is forfeited than a signed contract stating same will have to be signed prior to initiation of service. All care is taken to ensure your safety. We will go over your intake form with you and any contraindications, such as an allergies. No refunds will be issued for reactions. 2. All students, regardless of what state you reside in, must provide proof that all requirements below have been met by the deadline advertised for any particular live course, exactly 2 weeks prior to your course date. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the guarantee of your spot in the certification course you have registered for. Attendance in your registered course will then be dependent on availability.
Third party disclosure:
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assistus in operating website, conducting our business, or servicing our you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
How do we protect visitor information?
Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.
We use regular Malware scanning.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, andi are required to keep the information confidential.
In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, information to maintain the safety of your personal or accesses their information.
For your convenience we may store your credit card information kept for more than 60 days in order to expedite future orders, and to automate the billing process.
How To Make Payment:
1. You may register and pay directly on any of the course registration pages
2. You may pay your remaining balance with credit card or bank transfer 1 week prior to the start of the class or with Cash or Cashier’s check on the day of the class

There is free parking directly behind the building as well as street parking before 4pm.
No unsupervised children under 12:
While we love children, we respectfully request NO children receiving service. This is to ensure under 12 while you are that your lash artist can then concentrate 100% on you and your treatment, and that every guest within our spa is not interrupted. It is against health and safety obligations to have children in the spa unsupervised. If you arrive with your children without prior discussion with management your treatment may be refused with full cost owing. We thank you for your consideration, co-operation and understanding.
